Preview status and acceptance
The current public experience includes illustrative catalog, schedule, pricing and product information. A binding purchase is formed only when final service details, price, taxes, viewing rights and payment terms are presented and accepted through an authorized checkout or written enterprise proposal. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- Use child and family profiles in accordance with applicable age and guardian requirements.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not sell, transfer or commercially exploit a personal account unless expressly authorized.
Subscriptions, event passes and payments
Final price, billing interval, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility and viewing window must be shown before payment. Availability may differ by package, device, territory, language and content-rights window. Enterprise terms are governed by the signed proposal or agreement where they differ from these public terms.
Permitted use
- Use content only for personal, non-commercial viewing unless a business licence says otherwise.
- Do not copy, rebroadcast, record, scrape, remove protection, bypass geographic or access controls, or share access unlawfully.
- Do not upload malware, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or use the platform to violate rights.
- Respect ratings, parental controls, credits and intellectual-property notices.
Availability and service changes
Live schedules, catalog titles, features and device support may change because of rights, regulation, safety, maintenance or technical conditions. We will provide material notices and remedies required by Ethiopian consumer law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints, suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, rights compliance or serious misuse, with notice and review where appropriate. Customers may submit complaints through Contact. We aim to acknowledge and resolve complaints through a documented process before escalation to available legal or regulatory remedies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The final operator agreement must identify the competent courts, regulator and any agreed dispute-resolution process.
