Our target
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website and will test key journeys with keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom, reduced motion, high contrast and mobile assistive technology.
Product commitments
- Semantic headings, labels, focus visibility and keyboard-operable controls.
- Captions, subtitles, transcripts and audio description where supplied or licensed.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and clear identification of decorative content.
- Support for zoom, responsive reflow, reduced motion and sufficient color contrast.
- Language identification and understandable instructions across supported local languages.
- Low-bandwidth modes, audio fallback and device compatibility information.
Known limitations
Some illustrative catalog artwork, third-party live programming and partner-supplied metadata may not yet include complete captions, descriptions or transcripts. Availability will be identified at title level before launch rather than assumed.
